This is not a health plan, it is a supplemental Trip Cancellation plan that is available either alone or to supplement your current plan.

Our new Group Benefits claims system will be launching on March 18, 2018!
We are excited to announce that our new group benefit claims system will be launching on March 18, 2018 and will be ready to receive your members’ claims right away. The upgrade to this new system means that we will be able to process your claims faster and more efficiently. During this transition, there will be no interruption to service and our customer service specialists will be available to answer your questions.
“We’ve been working hard behind the scenes over the last several months to make this transition to a new modern system and we’re pleased that we’re now able to launch. We’ve had some unexpected delays along the way, but here at Johnson we pride ourselves on delivering the best. Spending more time on the implementation ensures that we are providing best in class service to our customers,” says President Ken Bennett.
As we announced previously, Johnson Inc. signed an agreement with Express Scripts Canada to provide this modernized technology for processing benefit claims. Attached is an update on how things will work as of March 18, 2018. Please share this communication with your plan members so they are aware of the upcoming transition.
We have also attached a new Prior Authorization Request Form and Fact Sheet that will provide further details for you and your plan members about the new process. Please note, all prior authorization set to expire between March 18th, 2018 up to September 29h, 2018 have now been extended to September 30th, 2018.
